But instead this place has really been run into the ground in the past year.... crazy that all 3 other parts stores answered and took care of me and the call was over in under 2 mins... Sad after 10 years of shopping here, I will choose somewhere else..."
"Zero star if possible. Such a disrespectful and unprofessional manager Tricia. Poor in communication and disrespectful in conversation. I ordered a Alternator in 05/19/23 which I suppose to receive it in 05/21/23. My car was broken next to the highway. I hired a mobile mechanic to come where my car was to replace the parts. I called in the morning to find out what time my parts will arrive. Tricia said at 12 noon. When I come at 2 pm to pick up the parts from Advance Auto Parts she said I have no any idea what is going on about your order. It’s May be here in store on Monday or even later. As I said I paid and hired a mobile mechanic and I suppose to meet him at 3 pm where my car was broken to replace the parts. Tricia was not able to handle the situation properly and professionally. Even she made me feel very uncomfortable because I didn’t pronounce her name correctly. Because English is my fourth language. Absolutely not recommended this location."
"I come here when I need to pick up something simple with the car that it can do myself. On this visit I bought wiper blades and without me saying a word the guy said he would replace them for me. Talk about service! Such nice guys here!"
"I visited this store to get some headlights. Nothing major. The staff member that helped me was excellent. She was knowledgeable and aided me in finding the brightest choice for my vehicle. Very kind, and devoted to each individual customer. All staff! Well done."
