"Dropped my car off from an insurance claim. Upon picking my car up I noticed that the fog lights, which had worked prior to dropping the car off, were not working. When talking to the shop about this they brought the car in the shop again and after 30 minutes told me they did not know why they did not work. They also said that they are not going to fix the fog lights because they were aftermarket. This does not make sense as they told me the only thing they did for the repairs with the lights was unplug them i.e. they did work on my aftermarket lights. This led to me taking the full front bumper off my car MYSELF at my apartment complex in which after 5 minutes noticed that the lights were still not plugged back in. Very frustrating as I am no mechanic but noticed this simple error in which the body shop assured me that they were plugged in. Upon further review of my car I also noticed that there were loose fuzes in the fuze box and that a door handle that was damaged during the accident was still not repaired, despite being ON THE QUOTE. Additionally I noticed that they lost bolts on the underside of my car and used zip ties to secure the bolt holes. Once bringing this up to them they argued with me and stated that they had no zip ties in their shop. This is most definitely a lie and was not like this prior to bringing my car in. After a lot of back and forth they agreed to order bolts and I was notified that they had arrived. I dropped my car off again for these repairs to take place. Upon completion of these repairs I got a call that my car was done but they did not replace the missing bolts because "they did not lose the bolts" which was contrary to prior communications and I was promised bolts and told that they had arrived. This all makes no sense as what would I gain from trying to hustle 2 measly bolts out of them. Very poor service and lying management, I would never trust this shop with any future repairs for any vehicle. Pictures below are proof of my issues with this shop."

I knew I had to take my car somewhere else, so i took a chance on crash champions. I had my car estimated, scheduled, and repairs completed all within less than 2 weeks. The receptionist, Tonya, was friendly, helpful, and kept me informed the whole time. The manager, Ben, was equally friendly and helpful. You can tell everyone there cares about the work they do and the service they are giving to customers. You can't say that about a lot of places (cough, Caliber). Highly recommend and thank you for taking good care of my car!"

"My father had his 2007 2500hd painted here. Just went in for a simple respray on the roof as the clear coat was peeling off. As soon as we pulled in noticed overspray everywhere. There was a large chunk of paint on the middle of the windshield that was never even touched that needed cleaned off. And had also tried to have him pay for parts that were never approved nor even advised to him that needed replaced. Once we got it home and was looking under the vehicle it looks as if they have taken it off roading. Yes it is a lifted truck but knowing the history of this truck it has not moved from the driveway in the last 6 months much less been in mud that was caked all underneath of it. Will never return here nor never advise anyone that they bring any nive especially lifted vehicles here because Apparently they think they can play in it and expect you not to notice."
