Brighton Yoga Studio and Healing Arts Center is a labor of love, born from the collaborative efforts of a mother-daughter duo deeply passionate about yoga and holistic health. Our mission is to cultivate a nurturing and supportive community where students and teachers alike can embark on a journey of personal growth through the practice of yoga.
We believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, or health status. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a curious beginner, we provide a welcoming environment and all the resources you need to safely and comfortably begin your yoga practice.
Our Offerings
At Brighton Yoga Studio, we offer live Iyengar Yoga classes virtually through Zoom, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of yoga from the comfort of your own home. Our classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible for all levels. Join us during our scheduled Zoom classes:
- Monday: 10:45 AM - 12:15 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
- Friday: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
In addition to yoga, our Healing Arts Center offers a range of holistic health services, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, and massage therapy. These services are designed to help you relax, rejuvenate, and restore your natural balance. She couldn’t understand basic questions in her own language and, as a result, laughed mockingly at inquiries about group sizes, behaving in a very unprofessional manner. When asked why she was acting this way, she casually remarked that she didn’t need new clients at all. Classic “Soviet-style” service. ;)"

"My husband and I took a beginner class on Thursday night and we absolutely loved it! Elena really knows what she is doing and gives personal attention to each student. She was really helpful in getting my lower back to release tension, I felt more awake and lighter after class. My husband said it was difficult for him, but definitely necessary and he felt looser and more refreshed afterwards. I loved that we used blankets, blocks, a chair and even ropes that hang from the wall to release tension in different parts of the body. It was awesome and I can't wait to go back!"
