"I have been here a few times and they have the worst customer service honestly, it's one thing to short change someone but to leave out a whole sneaker is amazing I was in a rush so I didn't think to check the boxes before I left. When I got to my boys whom specifically asked me for these sneaker I open the first box and it was missing one sneaker, of course my son was sad but I told him not to worry I'll go back to the store and fix it this was Monday. Today I walked in the store and I was explaining to the worker I am missing a shoe from the two pairs I bought on Monday she said I needed a receipt or the box I told her I left it home but I brought card I used and I have my information because I am a flk rewards member so she looked me up and went to the back left me waiting about ten minutes. Then the other employee tells me yeah we close at 6 so you have to bring the box for us to see which shoe it is, naturally I'm upset because it so hot out to wich I said why should I have to do all of that when you guys made an error I went all the way to Manhattan not knowing I was missing a shoe, there should be one shoe around here especially being that it was in the middle of the sales floor on a table of sneaker that were marked down so I asked the woman can I speak to your manager and she said I am the manager. No apology no consideration no help tomorrow I'm returning the sneakers and I will never shop at footlocker on Knickerbocker again unless they hire friendlier staff or retrain these workers what real customer service should be ."

"I agree with every bad review on here. The employees don’t care. I ask to use the bathroom for my child and she made up some excuse that the bathroom was dirty until i insisted... & the bathroom wasn’t even dirty.... how is it that a kids store doesn’t provide bathrooms? Knowing children have to go all the time... will report all the employees to the headquarters for their nasty attitudes and laziness."

"Worst place!! The manager at Kingz plaza called this kids footlocker and told them I was on my way. He did even tell the manager at Kingz Plaza they were closing early. I arrived at this store and this dumb ass goofy looking manager or assist manager don’t know don’t care. Comes to the door and said they are close. I was simply pissed at the fact, that communication was not in works and I worked for this company for many years, I’m seeing New Jersey communication is more at a “T” (Top Shape). Truly disgusted. Brooklyn needs to work better on Customer Service and Communication especially at this store on Knickerbocker."
