"Very, VERY Happy with the PROFESSIONAL experience and attitude we received from ANC. WE were in a bad spot. Our current newer Hot Water Boiler was failing during the coldest part of this winter. They came oven in a hurry and the next day we had a new unit installed. We have been struggling for years to find a reputable Heating and service company and finally came across ANC. "ANC is the company we used in the past and had them do a routine checkup a few weeks ago in December, as one day the furnace shut down for a couple of hours or more but came back on so it seemed fine when the tech, Jake was here. However, when it shut itself off and stayed off for 11 hours, we phoned and Jake again made a service call, but of course, it came on right after we called, and again there was no obvious solution. After discussion and thinking it might be an air flow issue, we removed the bottoms of the decorative vent covers and the air flow improved greatly. Again, of course everything worked fine when Jake was here and we thought we'd won. Two days ago, it was off for several hours so yesterday, service techs Kevin and Ed showed up and after much discussion and trials, it was decided an obscure (to me) part was needed. This morning, Kevin returned with the part and installed it. Time will tell of course since this furnace seems to have a mind of its own, but we give five stars to the company who hired these five star technicians. We're very happy with the service and the results."

"I wanna give a massive thank you to Kevin Gallagher specifically! I had a very tricky issue come up and he really took the time to figure it out, even calling in for some more experienced backup to help him out. This was an issue that took multiple visits to get sorted out but he really wanted to see it through personally. And most importantly he made sure I could heat the house through the time it took to get parts and get it all resolved! He was very professional yet still friendly and easy to talk to about the work being done. Compared to other companies we have dealt with in the past, ANC has always been great to work with and is always our first call for any problems!"
