"Had issues with my year-old gaming PC that turned out to be a faulty power supply. The young man who helped us was very polite, and I appreciated that he was also very patient with my elderly step-father, who came along and asked a lot of random questions about his own computer that he's having issues with. I'm not particularly tech savvy, but my step-dad makes me look like a computer genius by comparison, so I appreciated how calm and polite the employee remained with him even when his questions bordered on nonsensical, lol. The price was very good (less than $200 total between parts and work) and was pretty much done within a week. I also felt very good and comfortable leaving my computer with them. I always get nervous leaving electronics at shops because I've had my bank account hacked and had bogus charges made on my card that I have link to different apps and profiles, but they were incredibly professional and made me feel taken care of. On the whole, I'm very happy with the work and the staff and would highly recommend them! I'll definitely be coming back in the future if I have any other problems or want to look into doing possible upgrades."

"One of the best customer service experiences I've had! A couple weeks ago I needed something minor and they were most helpful and gracious. Then my custom build desktop (geeky nephew and me) stopped producing sound, and began running slowly. I could not sort it out so I took to The Computer Shop. Their responsiveness and communication was the best. Fixing my computer was QUICK, as in a couple days! The net result was that not only was the sound issue corrected, I also ended up upgrading an aged hard drive to an SSD much faster than the previous hard drive ever was. Highly recommend. Would do business with again! BTW, they support our local volunteer firefighter stations tech needs."
