Welcome to the Smart Energy Building at Binghamton University Located at 25 Murray Hill Road, Vestal, New York, the Smart Energy Building is a cutting-edge research facility within Binghamton University's Innovative Technologies Complex. Opened in the summer of 2017, this state-of-the-art $70 million, 114,000 square-foot complex serves as the new home for the Chemistry and Physics departments, fostering a collaborative environment for faculty, students, and industry professionals.
