Housed in the historic Siegel's building, Astarah's renovation preserves the architectural charm of the late 1800s while incorporating modern elements. The open kitchen features a 100-inch wood-fired oven, a Himalayan salt meat aging room, a bar area, and a wine room with a private mezzanine. Custom blacksmith forging can be seen throughout the space, creating a one-of-a-kind industrial aesthetic with exposed brick, reclaimed wood, and distressed metals.
