"Worst designer I have ever been to. I gave her a design and she gave me the opposite. I needed my dress for an event and received it 4 months later. I waited due to prom season and even after that I had to wait. She does not know how to properly speak to costumers and is frankly rude. She charges for work that is absolutely atrocious. I honestly want my money back from this dress. Highly do not recommend her for any outfit you want"

"If I could give a zero, a zero it would be. Yes, Gail is a sweet lady but everything that others said about time management, dresses not completed and having no dresses are true. The worst experience I ever had. Not sure why make an agreement when you can't deliver. People paid money for services for nothing. In my cases, she wanted to give me dresses that looks cheap because of the type of materials she decided to use. Dresses were not ready at the due date nor the date of event. I had to go purchased Three dresses a day before event. This is after several conversations, down payment and appointments. No dresses. Not professional at all. When she reached out to me days after the event with no solutions. She didn't offer a refund of the down payment because she didn't deliver and I had no dresses. I was very disappointed for someine who came highly recommended."

"Gail is a really sweet lady she is honestly really good at what she does. My only issue with Gail is that her time management skills is extremely poor. I understand that it was prom season and she was very flustered but my dress took waaaaaay to long to be finished after placing my order very early. Otherwise from that my dress came out perfectly!! Gail and her team did a wonderful job! Thanks Gail."

"My cousin asked Gayle, the shop owner, to create her wedding dress as well as all the bridesmaid dresses for her big day. Gayle agreed. Since March of this year, we've been contacting Gayle to set up appointments for dress fittings. For every time we went for our appointment , we waited for hours at a time even though we gave her advance notice. The dresses were never ready like they were supposed to be. There was even an instance where she promised that she would close down her shop to give us exclusive attention, but when we arrived, the shop was full of angry customers awaiting their dresses also. It is now July, the evening before the wedding, and the dresses are still not ready! We've paid her in a timely manner and have always been on time for our appointments. It is the evening before my cousin's big day and instead of relaxing like she's supposed to be, she is stressed about Her wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses that aren't ready. If you want unprofessionalism and false promises, this is the shop to go to. If you want your dress to be done in a timely manner, go some place else. This was a nightmare. Please do not give this place your business."
