"Unacceptable poor customer service. I had a pair of zxny shoes that broke the first time I wore them and the manager Aftab Khan refused to allow me to return or exchange them. Granted I was outside of the return window and didn't have the receipt but Aftab was rude, cutting me off and walking away from me saying it wasn't his problem. The store should stand by their products and offer an exchange at least, especially since I still had the box and proof of purchase. Never shopping here again and I'd advise you not to either."
