"My daughter (bride to be) myself and my oldest daughter went to Elle's. We had an appointment as that is how they like to do things. We got there and we were greeted by a very nice lady. I believe her name was Kelly. We said we wanted a cheap dress and my daughter showed her some pictures of a dress she liked. So she went looking for dresses that kind of resembled them. While my daughter was trying on dresses Kelly was listening to us and my daughter and she went and grabbed a dress she thought we would like. Well it was beautiful and my daughter said yes to the dress. Then I said I wanted to look at mother of the bride dresses and explained what kind I was looking for. Kelly pulled one dress out and I tried it on and I said yes to my dress. It was such a pleasant day we felt like all of the attention was on us as we were the only ones there no one else running around. I would recommend this shop. And we also got 60 percent off the dress so it was right in our price range. Go there and check things out"

"Gorgeous dresses. Ladies are so nice. I'm sorry to say the seamstress was not so good. Wedding was Nov.11 2023. I had an awful time with my dress as MOB the pads were too high and were seen as I danced. The shoulders kept falling down and the neckline would crinkle up my neck. It was so uncomfortable I had to remove pads during reception. It was altered and she had to fix what she altered and she charged me more. That wasn't my fault. I wouldn't recommend using seamstress."

"Went to brides and more about a month and a half ago to find a prom dress. I found one I absolutely adored and the lady helping was really nice! She said she’d order it that day with a down payment. She almost ordered the wrong dress! I called about almost daily to see where my dress was, when it would be in and got the same “it’ll be in soon” everytime. So obviously she forgot. I gave it another try and she said she ordered it, saying it’s shipping. I gave it about two weeks this time, then she admitted it never shipped because it was out of stock at this point now. I don’t know what her plan was with this? So that gave me a set back almost close to a month on a prom dress. She gave attitude when I said I’d just like a refund and said “good luck finding a prom dress this late” and tried blaming it on me. When she was the one who made it this late… I went somewhere else and got my dress ordered online and it came in less than a week. Wouldn’t suggest doing any business, very unorganized and nasty attitude when called out. I don’t plan them being in business much longer though with all the old dresses on the racks."

"Michelle was knowledgeable and honest. She ordered my daughter's dress on Thursday and it arrived the following Monday. It's the exact she wanted and fits perfectly. To top it off it was cheaper than the other stores were offering it for. I would definitely buy a dress here again should the need arise. Highly recommend!"

"Michelle and the staff work together to provide you with a great experience. I was lucky to find this store based on a recommendation from a friend who previously purchased bridesmaids dresses from the store. Michelle and her team helped me find the perfect bridal dress for my style and body shape. Michelle also did all of the alterations on the dress to fit my size. I received several compliments from my mom who said she fit the dress to me like a glove. They are attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They do not try to have you try on the most expensive dress, rather they truly listen to your wants and pull the dresses that suit your needs. Never once did I feel pushed into buying a specific dress. They provided essential directioning, opinions, and suggestions when necessary. We also had our flower girl come in to pick out a dress.
