The Jamestown Community Learning Council, located at 501 West 3rd Street in Jamestown, New York, is dedicated to enhancing child development and school achievement through the evidence-based Parents as Teachers Home Visiting Model. Established in 1990, JCLC works with children, parents, and schools to improve educational success from Birth to Grade 8. Our mission is to strengthen families by nurturing their child's academic development, emotional growth, and physical well-being through effective relationships between home and school.
