Prior to each meeting, a 30-minute work session is conducted, which the public is welcome to observe. Additional meetings and public hearings may be scheduled with proper notice, ensuring transparency and community involvement.

These projects are set to create new jobs and stimulate economic activity in the area. EBD will expand its operations, adding 20-30 new jobs, while IT FITZ Concrete plans to build a new office and warehouse facility.
