"Do not buy anything from this liquor store. On December 24th, I purchased a bottle of wine which turned out to be damaged. I couldn't exchange it the same day as I was away in Long Island. On December 25th, I returned to the store seeking a refund or exchange due to the issue. The owner insisted that the wine I bought is of top quality and cannot be exchanged. Where does a so-called 'high-quality' product lack a return policy? If high-quality items don't come with a guarantee, what does? In summary, the owner refuses to provide a refund or replacement, essentially leaving me with no resolution. I caution against shopping here; it seems like a rip-off. How can a supposedly high-quality product lack a warranty? Just imagine buying an expensive whiskey only to find it damaged – it's akin to them taking your money, as they did with me"
