Samaritan Outpatient Behavioral Health, located at 1575 Washington Street in Watertown, New York, is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services to the Northern New York and Fort Drum community. Our institution offers outpatient psychiatry, intensive outpatient addiction services, alcohol and substance abuse treatment, and traditional outpatient addiction services. Additionally, we have a 32-bed inpatient mental health unit and a dedicated mental health area in our emergency department for those in crisis.
