"I made an appointment for deep cleaning a week in advance., and when the time came I walked into their office and was greeted well. Receptionist gave me papers to fill in and asked me to pay for the procedure before hand which was very weird and so I paid. Then they walked me to the room where hygienist was waiting and she asked me what are we doing today?.....in my head I was like ARE YOU SERIOUS? YOU DON'T KNOW WHY IM HERE? than someone shouts from other room that I'm here for root scaling. I start doubting this place. Now she numbs my gums with a cream and attempts to start cleaning. I stopped her and asked her if she is gonna give me local anesthetic and she goes, "no, we don't have doctor for that today ". And I'm like wait why you made me come to appointment if you're not ready for me.?She started blaming Receptionist , that she made a mistake. Now they charged me for something they not ready for and I waisted my whole day and money because of that appointment. Also hygienist was trying to clean my gums without even looking into my x-rays. They only good in taking your money and waist ing your time."

"Incredibly rude, unprofessional receptionist. Mumbled and kept saying hello. I had to repeatedly ask if I reached the practice as she seemed confused. I asked to set up an appointment for a relative and she repeatedly said the relative already did. I asked how that could be but the receptionist said she recognized the number. I told her that was impossible. My relative lives at another address and it was the first time I called. I then asked to verify dental insurance coverage. I got one word out and she cut me off saying they don't accept that insurance because they don't pay well. I thanked her for showing me how the practice operates. I would hate to have an elderly person go thru this. I would never take a family member there or recommend them to anyone."

"I found Modern Dentistry on Google, searching first for my husband, then I went there myself. I liked the fact that they have their website with lots of information. I had a Root Canal problem, was in pain. Dr. Bernstein saw me and very professionally and quickly treated my tooth. I was impressed how fast that was and no pain during treatment. I was with my child. The staff was very hospitable, communicative and nice. The environment in the office very friendly and polite. I would recommend the Modern Dentistry to my friends. "I had my first cleaning & checkup visit at Modern Dentistry last weekend (Sunday hours--so convenient!) and I was very impressed! All of the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they seemed to really care that I had as pleasant a trip to the dentist as possible. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and very knowledgeable about insurance procedures, so taking care of that was a breeze. She also booked my next 2 appointments for me, noting their flexibility if I need to change them, but it's great to have them on the calendar and taken care of. The hygienist was extremely thorough, which I greatly appreciate - my teeth and gums feel so clean, and that's my main reason for going to the dentist. And Dr. Nikitayev spent a good amount of time examining my teeth and answering my questions. I've been lucky to have never had any major problems with my teeth, but with previous dentists, I've sometimes felt like they just breezed right through and hardly examined my mouth at all. But that was NOT the case today! I found Modern Dentistry through a Google search and reviews, and if you're reading this, feel good about making your next dental appointment with this lovely practice!"
