"Im not even going to go through the long paragraph on the whole situation. What it boils down to is, the work you receive from the dentist here is amazing. But when it comes to the integrity of the office manager, and her accountability for your money… That’s when everything goes downhill. They overcharged me 1st off, and when I ask them to explain the charges (the charges on the receipt in black and white), the charges didn’t add up. my health insurance explained to me, the dentist office should be able to provide me a break down of the dental work to be done, the cost, and what financial responsibilities I have vs. what is covered by my insurance. I have yet to receive that. The office manager kept saying she couldn’t, but then later said she could, but I still have yet to receive it. In my honest opinion I really feel she is looking at me as a minority who doesn’t know anything, because why would a dentist office tell me to my face they can’t provide me with a breakdown? I basically had to verbally fight to get a breakdown of the work that was already done! That’s how I figured out that the math isn’t mathing (adding up). Now I’m calling the office, to figure out when is she going to send the breakdown (because she told me I would receive it like 2 weeks go), but they’re sending me straight to voicemail. Now again, I not absolutely sure this has anything to do with discrimination, because I hate just putting that label on people and situations.. but what I do know for sure is, there were “other people” asking for breakdowns of the work they need to receive, and they were getting just that!!! Here I am months later (because I believe the work started in September) and I have yet to receive the information I requested.. so y’all be the judge! I said I wasn’t going to do paragraphs, and I did it anyway smh.. I can’t sit idly by and allow this type of behavior.. the ppl have to know! I guess I will have to take a L (loss) on the money they overcharge me and find another good dentist and hope that I will receive fair and honest dealings.."

"I have spent several years looking for a dentist that understood my needs and my fears about dentists. I don’t generally leave reviews however this is one for the books. Everyone here is a true champion! They treat all of their clients like humans. They are kind, compassionate, and truly remarkable people. If your looking for a trustworthy no judgement free placeTHIS IS IT..!!! Dr. Bellafiore and the entire team are just absolutely amazing and incredible. I chose to go here after reading many different reviews… by far this is my dentist for life. I went in needed extractions, for some broken teeth when I say I was no judged I truly was not. He laid out a treatment plan for me understanding my fears, and walked me through every procedure from start to finish. As we went through the process of removing the broken teeth he stopped to make sure I was okay. Even checked with me to ensure I was not in any pain. The moment I was he stopped what he was doing and gave me another round of pain blockers. Honestly the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. Because their are too many names to list without leaving someone else out. I must say this… Creative Dentistry of Brooklyn Heights is the absolute best place to go!!! "What an incredible experience from the team at this dentistry office! I dont do a very good job of staying on top of my oral hygiene so i was nervous to come in and get an extraction done for a wisdom tooth that had become infected but from Justine on the phone setting up my appointment to Lisa (i think that was her name) to the tech to my dentist Walter Wang it couldnt have gone better. They also worked with me even though i dont have insurance. I'll be back very soon for more dental work and feel way less stressed about my dental health now. Thank you team!!!!"

"I’ve been going here for about 10 years and have received wonderful care on each visit. Whether a simple cleaning, or more intense procedures like, getting my wisdom teeth take out, or getting a crown, I know I can absolutely trust the outcome will be great. Everyone at the practice is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I actually look forward to getting my routine cleaning, which was never the case before!"

"I like the professional atmosphere of the office and attitude of the staff. I've been satisfied with the dentists/dentist assistants who have worked on me, but in this last visit, the technician was not very efficient in the placement of the various instruments used to clean my teeth. As a consequence, I have a sore mouth, particularly my left inside cheek, which is still sore the day after treatment. I had to literally remove the implement used to open space in my mouth as it was hurting me. This has never happened before while getting my teeth cleaned."
