"I recently started going to this laundromat, I was doing a large wash myself, Blanca was the employee on site and I inquired about the drop off service, she was very helpful and informative. I came back with more laundry an hour later this time to use their drop off services, it was ready the same day, and when I went to pick it up, the evening employee on site Mirabel, addressed me by my name, she was expecting me! The quality was excellent, neatly folded, and smells amazing."

"The over night guy is a nightmare to deal with. He's has no respect for people washing their clothes. I had left a pair of clean socks in my cart in front the machine I was using and he moved the cart and threw away my socks with out saying anything. Then he's always cleaning on top of people and expecting them to move out the way. Also he has no accountability for anything that goes on. I had a dryer that wasn't working and he said he's just a cleaner and I have to come back in 8am to speak to the owner. Horrible experience washing late ."

"It's a big place with parking in the rear which is nice to have. Only issue I had was with the machines. They stated $6.50 to wash but the moment you changed the cycle from light to medium is another .25 cents and to heavy an additional .25 cents. Never been to a laundry mat where the machines change the price depending on the wash you wanted. It also goes for addition options such as hot, warm or cold. Hot is .50 additional cents warm is .25 additional cents and cold is free. A heavy, hot wash would be $7.50 instead of the $6.50 advertised on the big machine before you put in your money. That was my first and last time coming here. The machines did a good wash although they had a residue that stain my whites as indicated in the photo below."
