"Had order steel for my roof paid for it was then serious hurt in a car accident and house of steel held my roof for a few years and then contactor I hired to install blew me off ....house of steel continued to work with me a nice lady and a real kind gentleman and they waited again patiently while I had to hire a few Amish gentleman to help install the black steel roof and house of steel.did not charged me anything extra this place schould be called house of smiles ....great selection of steel products and wonderful kind friendly staff and now I have a roof which will allow me to never have to replace the roof in my life time ware standard shingle you be replacing every 15 years or so....this place is truly what western NY is about friendly kind and caring folks helping fellow Western New Yorker s out ....ps if your looking not sure just call them they will answer all your questions and no pressure to push for a sale"

"I contacted this company and talked to number of people including the owner over a period of 10 days. They kept saying they would send a quote and plans for me to review, but didn't sent out any plans or an official quote. They kept saying they would send them the next day, but nothing made its way to my phone or mailbox. The people who work at their front desk are very courteous and they pass down any notes you may leave them; however I can't speak highly about their designer/sales people and owner. The last time I directly talked to the owner. He told me he was going to draw and send me the plans himself the next day, but haven't heard back from him, either. I don't appreciate the way they do business and can't recommend them. Hopefully, your experience would be better."

"From the first time doing business with the guys at House Of Steel and every time I have been treated professionally and exceptionally! I am a pretty handy guy but definitely not a professional roofer…they helped me with proper quantities, knowledge and great pricing. They even fabricated perfect fitting pieces specifically for my project at a fraction of the cost I expected. From what I can see they are getting unfair reviews because of a cardboard cutout in the window. Such ignorance and arrogance is exactly the behaviors and ideology that is destroying this great country!! In this country we have the freedom to support or like who and what we wish. If you don’t want to support a business because they support a politician that you hate it sounds like your problem. That’s like saying you support human rights atrocities and treating women like cheap rental property for owning the hundreds of products in your home that were manufactured in muslim countries, China or India!"

"Absolutely horrible service. Never returns calls or text messages, guy lies through his teeth! Once they got their money made nothing but excuses. Couldn’t give any straight answer when I inquired about a install date. Once building was up, couldn’t get install date on doors. Said they would call back and never do. Doesn’t return text messages. Makes excuses of how hard his job is and how backed up they are. Never again will I do buisness with them again. I am referring to 1 individual there who I dealt with, I won’t say his name, but absolutely the worst experience I’ve had to date!"
