Located at 258 East Main Road, Fredonia, New York, we are a proud part of the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). Our mission is to coordinate and deliver essential services to New Yorkers with developmental disabilities, including intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorders, Prader-Willi syndrome, and other neurological impairments. At OPWDD, we are committed to providing comprehensive support through a vast network of approximately 500 nonprofit service providers. Our collaborative approach ensures that about 80 percent of our services are delivered by private nonprofits, while 20 percent are state-run.
