Old Scotland Road Distillery is a family-owned institution located at 7010 Scotland Road in Akron, New York. Our award-winning spirits include a 90 proof whiskey made from a unique four-grain mash bill of corn, rye, wheat, and barley, offering a sweet corn flavor with a hint of "white lightning" kick. We also offer a spicy and smooth 90 proof whiskey with a different grain ratio, as well as moonshine varieties infused with natural cinnamon or star anise flavors. Our collaboration with Morluski's Polish & Italian Restaurant has resulted in a delicious 45 proof honey liqueur made from our Cinnamon Moonshine. Our signature recipe, the Handlebar Handcrafted White Corn Whiskey, is un-aged and locally made with a blend of grains for a sweet, easy sip. The distillery, situated on land owned by the Hyder family for three generations, offers visitors a taste of fine spirits in the heart of rural Western New York.
