"There is something seriously seriously wrong with the way this company handles its billing. You just recieve strange vague voicemails from a robot that keep increasing in price. They dont send any bills in the mail or anything. Its really sketchy. Edit: 10/30/23 Just recieved another scam bill in the mail for services rendered 9/21/21. This company cant close soon enough"
"Good location. The Indian therapist are attentive and very effective. They need to fix the elevator in the building. Makes it difficult for disabled patients like me to use the facility."
"After a bad car accident I had a hard time finding doctors who took no fault insurance, who took my pain seriously, who could guide me to the necessary specialists and who could order x rays and MRIs in a timely manor. After a month long upward battle trying to navigate on my own, Dr. Noel and the staff at Doctors United literally saved me by referring me to all the proper specialists, tests and imaging my injuries required. They have wonderful doctors in house who made me feel heard and helped me get through the toughest time of my life. Dr. Parth and his physical therapy staff are warm and wonderful and I could always count on them to not only help ease the many aches and pains I was suffering through, but to also always make me smile. They brought sunshine to some of my darkest days. I was pleasantly surprised to find they offer mental health therapy as well! Victoria is the Social worker on staff and she is very warm and supportive. I always had something to look forward to in my weekly meeting with her, it felt like a treat. Like spending time with a friend. I am truly grateful for Doctors United. I don't think I could have managed to get through this with out them. Ardsley location bonus: Free parking and close to many bus lines if you cannot drive."
"NP Kathleen Shinada was excellent, she takes her time and listens to your concerns and educates you about your medical concerns and medication. I was shocked, because she even did my blood pressure herself, I’m wondering why they don’t have an MA to assist her? I hope they get someone in to help the medical providers. Overall, it was an excellent experience!"
