"The front desk clerk is terrible three weeks in a row I waited 3+ hours for an appointment. And I had to tell her how I really felt. She is INCOMPETENT every time I went there it was the same old song from other doctors offices/ whose patients needed to do their scans “she’s been calling them all day and now they have to reschedule because she couldn’t get in contacts with them” why she couldn’t get in contact you say ? SHE HAS ALL THE WRONG INFO no contact numbers anything this is three separate weeks in a row I wish I was over exaggerating. Last week I had to call THEM to make sure I got transportation for my appointment at 2:30 by 1 o’clock no one had reached out to me and when I called she tells me she’s going to reach out to the driver the driver calls back a half an hour later and tells me he’ll be getting me in 45 mins I tell him that’ll be too late for a 2:30 appointment being that it’ll be 2:15 when he picks me up and it takes 35-40 minutes to get there I arrive past my appointment time at 2:57 then have to wait because there are several other patients still waiting to be seen I don’t get under the machine for another hour. I explain to her the scheduling is ridiculous because it doesn’t make any sense to me why would ANYONE need to spend 2-3 hours for a 20-35 minute scan ? And it doesn’t end there the tech that does the imaging leaves when patients are in the MRI scanner to go on a “smoke break” or randomly to her car to drop her belongings off and I saw this today while I was waiting to go home to me that’d be dangerous because anything could happen to the patient while she is away from her post. This place is a mockery to any other well rounded radiology business. You rely specifically on your patients and their health care insurance to make sure you stay in business and this is how they are treated as if there time health, and well being means nothing. P.S. when did it become a part time pet store or vets office because there are two little white dogs running around there all the time and the front desk leaves to go walk them when she pleases and they bark at you. So why exactly are they there is this not a place of business ? I wish I had pictures but I had to leave because the mere nerve of her to act as if I was wasting her time made me livid"

"Whatever your appointment time is add an extra two plus hours to it. The people who go there are beyond ghetto, the receptionist struggles to say a coherent sentence in English. Try to avoid this sketchy place at all costs, tell your doctor you rather go somewhere else. Yuck. Update: my second appointment and what a mistake. Had a 5pm appointment and it’s 7pm and I’m still waiting to be seen. This place is so unbelievably unprofessional, the clients that come here I swear all come from the same area as most can’t even speak English. It’s ghetto and just a total disaster. Avoid at all costs."

"I was called to come in early at 11:30am instead of my 4pm appointment because they had cancelations. I arrive at 11:20 with 2 people already waiting. I was finally brought in for the MRI at 1:45pm (finished around 2:25pm) At that point before the MRI I ask where is the restroom, the lady tells me "you couldn't have used the bathroom before I called you in". I was shocked by such a rude comment as I've been waiting over 2 hours. I will tell my therapy office to NEVER send me to this location again. The staff here are not nice and clearly do not understand customer service. Mind you I waited without complaining because I understand things can get back up in the medical field. The only plus was lots of parking. I should have just come at my scheduled appointment."

"I scheduled an appointment for 12pm at my first appointment, which went ok but i left thinking the receptionist was unprofessional (same one we had an issue with today). The day before said appointment i get a call confirming an appointment for 1230pm (i know it was for 12 because i aimmediately added it to my calendar the day i made it) i also confirmed my pickup location seeing that transportation was needed (i told whoever confirmed that my friend and i were both getting picked up at her house and still today the driver said he was told to go to mine when he called to let me know he was on his way). The day of the appointment i call the office because i had not been picked up and it was already 12:18pm (no one would have called if i didn’t). The woman on the phone says the appointment is NOW for 12:40pm and that the driver is dropping some people off and will be coming to pick us up in 20 or so minutes. We end up being picked up at 12:47pm and arriving at the office a little after 1pm. The woman who did the test was pleasant and well mannered i enjoyed her. We finished our tests after 3pm and were not picked up by the driver until 4:30pm! I cannot speak for the whole front desk staff but the pregnant woman was extremely unprofessional and rude. She caught an attitude with my friend when we asked her when the driver was going to pick us up after she went back and forth with her about where we were being dropped off and we had literally waited an hour with nothing except a “you can sit in the waiting area”. I understand there’s policy and that they can only drop us off at one of our homes but the issue was her nasty attitude. We were referred here by our physical therapist. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place."
