"This is a great Home Depot location! I went in looking for a specific clearance lawn and garden cordless tool combination package. I quickly found it on the shelves in the garden center and it was clearly marked as clearance. A very professional and pleasant home depot employee was right there to help me get the item unlocked. He even carried it for me to a cash register with a real person there to ring up my purchase. The cashier was also professional and pleasant. This was an excellent Home Depot shopping experience! I really enjoy going to this location."

"I had a fantastic experience at Home Depot thanks to employee Deysi. I needed to return a furniture piece and get a replacement. Deysi’s patience and attentive listening made the process smooth. "Awful experience with staff on four separate occasions. First I had to cancel a microwave we ordered because it was arriving late and a staff member at the store was insistent we had to pay a restocking fee. I called main Home Depot customer service instead and they said that was blatantly false and gave me a full refund over the phone with no restocking fee needed. Second I had a store credit which I pulled out and asked to use at checkout but the cashier ignored me without saying a word and told me to give her my credit card, so I did and after she swiped it I asked to apply the credit too and then she tells me I was supposed to give that first and that I couldn’t apply the credit now…despite me literally pulling the store credit out and asking her to use it first. Even if she didn’t hear me, I was not given the option to cancel the purchase and rescan it with the credit. Third I needed an extension cable for a leaf blower. I was told the store didn’t have any cable that would fit it and it was a weird outlet they never saw. So I ended up returning the leaf blower. I checked with a more knowledgable family member days later and they said the leaf blower had a simple two prong plug and any standard extension would have fit it. Now I have to order that same one I returned. Fourth I asked for HVAC help and the customer service worker had no idea what an HVAC was and what I was asking for despite a literal ad for it right behind her station. Most occasions people were kind and tried to be helpful but they clearly lack basic knowledge to be helpful."

"Gotta love the super easy returns... It's pretty much exactly as other home depots are. Hard to find good help. Most employees only know their sections and aren't so helpful otherwise. Hard to get assistance is the norm tho, the poor employees that do help are followed by 2 or 3 people in a row waiting to ask questions. I think some of the employees hide, or just say they don't know. Like 2 outta 10 workers know their stuff.... Which again is the norm. You want good service, goto a small hardware store. Local place is faster, and if they don't have what u need, they'll tell you what to look for in a larger place"

"Really never ceases to amaze me how grotesquely huge these stores are but that isn’t a bad thing. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful, everyone knew where to find things and accurately so, saving me a ton of time. The sheer assortment of options for items within a certain application and can be overwhelming but they only offer options that would be worth consideration and that will get the job done. I did wrong into an issue when I had keys cut that were poorly duplicated but I returned the next day and had them smoothened out."
