"I find Village Power Tools to be very upfront and professional with there service and sales. They offer a very fair price and the service is performed as promised. "Dropped a power washer off on a Monday, they said call back tomorrow to find out when to pick it up. Only needed a gas hose. I called almost everyday till Saturday, when they still couldn't answer me on the status of the machine. When I did stop by on Saturday, it took them a very long time to find, and they said they performed a maintenance on it. I said I didnt want that. Then they said they rebuilt the carburetor ( I checked, it's still the old one). They charged me for all the work they did without my consent. I would have upgraded my machine if I knew it would cost so much to "fix" it. Also, couldn't even put new fuel line through the guide, left it flopping on the outside. Be warned"
"If you need any power tool wether buying new or for repair! Martin is the my go to guy. Very knowledgeable guy with a fair price! Have been buying from them for 20 years and I always walk out with a smile! Awesome place!"
