"I am sure the doctor is very nice but wow the staff is just rude. I called to let them know I was running late for our first appointment because my baby with a disability got sick (part of why I was going) and they told me I needed to rush to make it or reschedule. I started sobbing because I didn't think I could make their 15 minute window and got no sympathy and rather rudely hung up on. I understand doctor schedules but I am sure they would understand my situation too....so much for this practice."
