"I saw a review concerning Somers Orthopedic and their "not answering back". I must disagree. I have been going to Dr. Khabie for about 10 years and had multiple shoulder surgeries. I have never experienced such prompt responses especially when his progress report notes are done within hours. He is certainly one of the best and most organized Doctors that I have ever dealt with, and I went to alot. His office manager, "Tracy" responds right away and is very helpful. Just look at his resume, that should say it all."

"I had the WORST experience with Somers Orthopedic. Giving them one star is being generous…I’d give them ZERO if possible. I have told everyone I know to NEVER come here, as all you’ll be met with is NEGLIGENCE. It is absolutely blasphemous how patients are not able to get any further than leaving a message on an automated voice machine. They never call you back, no matter how many days in a row you call, and voicemails you leave them. I’ve never had such terrible service in my life. I was so disgusted and fed up, I couldn’t believe that you could treat someone that CANT WALK, in need of somewhat immediate medical attention this way, and the other reviews seem to back what I’m saying. I had only wished that I had read the other bad reviews before I got involved with them. I only looked into Somers in the first place, because they were nearby and someone had recommended them to me, possibly because the surgeons do good work. DONT COME HERE, there are plenty of good surgeons out there. Do not give them your business. I switched to Hudson Valley Bone and Joint Specialists and was able to get in for a consult within the week, got my X-rays done and MRI scheduled shortly thereafter. Is it THAT hard to treat your patients with a little dignity, respect and care, and handle your callbacks in a timely manner? You all need to have a board meeting and hire more staff or something, because the way that you’re running this business is pitiful and nothing to be proud of. You people should be ashamed and clients should be aware of what they’re getting into. And the funny thing is that someone from the Somers office FINALLY called me back when I was already scheduled for my ACL surgery elsewhere, and when I had told them why I had taken my business elsewhere, they had no remorse, nothing. Dissatisfied patients must be the norm here. HA! Sad."
