"I had an appointment with Dr. Zimberg upon recommendation from my Urologist. After waiting a month for an appointment, his office called my doctor at 5:30 to inform him the referral send had the wrong address on it. Calling that late, my doctor could not fix it for me to make my 8 am appointment.. I found it unprofessional that they did not contact me at all to let me know about the issue and to confirm or cancel my appointment.If this is the level of care I am receiving from the beginning, I am not interested in seeing this doctor. His staff is obviously not interested in my care or business. And by the way, I do have great insurance."
