"Dr hao is incredibly horrendous cero bedside manner discharged with out my permission threaten to call security if I wasn’t out of my room in five minutes. Sometimes great doctors sometimes the worst of the worst. Completely hit or miss. The nurses seem nice enough in my experience."

"I know it’s not the children’s hospitals fault if there were a lot of people. We made the mistake of not waiting till morning for a sprained maybe broken ankle. Checked in at 11:15. Got into checking room for a dr to see and 230 finally an X-ray. It took less than 10 minute. 247 back in room. Tech said if not back in 30 minutes ask for results. "customer service is average, if a patient is offered pain meds, why does it take two hours. Don't offer meds if we have to wait for results. No water, no follow up, are you okay? nothing for over two hours. Better off at North Shore, or self healing at home."
