"If i can have 0 star i would do that.. some of the tellers are great, but the bank manger and the assistance manager ,are never there for you i have few business accounts in the bank for the past 15 years . and ever since they changed manager and assistance manager everything has been down hill."

"I called just to ask a simple, very general question and was immediately barked at by the woman who answered the phone asking what my name and social is. Why do I need to give out my personal information for a question as general as asking business hours?? You should really speak to your employees about phone etiquette. I've never heard someone so rude and nasty for no reason."

"This is the WORST bank ever. If you are looking for the worst customer service experience that comes with rudeness and disrespect, don't look any further. I opened up a free business checking account with the "VP/bank manager " and 3 weeks following that initial transaction of opening the account, I was never provided a debit card or check books that I ordered. Supposedly, after opening up an account you are expected to receive your debit card between 5-7 business days, well from the date that I'm writing this review and from when I opened my account, still nothing. I called to speak to the bank manager there and to express my dissatisfaction, all he said to me was "okay, sorry". He showed no remorse or sympathy, neither did he attempt to retain my business. Complete sham of a bank. I don't even think they deserve one star but Google requires at least one to post."
