"To start off the atmosphere is very refreshing and upbeat. It also is very clean. I got the soft shell crab to start with and it was a great portion on top of being delicious. I also got the 3 fish sushi tacos and let me tell you, I am a sushi connoisseur and they were delightful. The tortillas were the perfect thinness and the flavors popped in the tacos. It was honestly everything I could want or except in a raw taco. Owner was very nice and enjoyed our conversation. I totally recommend this place!"

"We just moved to the area and were super excited to try this place. It exceeded our expectations. Food was fresh, unique and flavorful. Service was excellent and the atmosphere is comfortable. We ordered way more food than we should have, but everything was so tasty, we couldn't help ourselves. Pricing is more than reasonable given the quality, quantity and uniqueness of the food. Looking forward to trying more items from the menu next week."

"When you live in Castleton you get excited when anything opens in town. But The Poke Jar caused next level excitement. Everything I've had so far has been excellent and beautiful. Plus it's a really friendly place. I look forward to working my way through the whole menu!"
