"Costumers Beware!! I used to order from Santos all the time. And today, I realized why I don't anymore. The food quality has gone into the garbage like they don't even care. The bread with my dinner has mold on it. Are you seriously serving this, and my chicken cutlet wrap looks and tastes like garbage. This is how you lose customers. I paid $54 dollars for garbage, and I will never order from here again, and I hope no one else does if you do beware and check your food before you even leave!!"

"Home-style food at fair prices. Personal touches in decoration (scenes celebrating Italy and its rich culture). High-chair available for babies. No wi-fi. Credit cards accepted, and bathroom clean. About four bottled beers, and even some mixed cocktails available. Other drinks are canned and bottled sodas/juices. Generous hours of operation, and ample parking out front in FreshTown plaza."
