"One of the worst urgent cares, the staff was very rude over the phone, not accompanying at all. I am saying i have been taking medication that they prescribed, it's not working. It's been 4 days since taking the meds. My brother was prescribed more medication even-though he has the same illness as me. It doesn't make sense to me. Not being able to sleep, waking up every hour from sleep is horrible. I wish they could have been more helpful to me."

"After 6 weeks bill was finally corrected. Back up to 5 stars I am editing this because of billing practices. Once again Northwell Health billed me incorrectly. 3 phone calls and still not fixed. But every few days they send me text message to pay the bill that is 4x what my copayment should be. I called the local number I was connected to billing. Some woman with heavy accent that i barely understood, not sure if she did the right thing. We shall see I had the Physician Assistant Alison Meade provide my care. She was awesome. I required some stitches in my scalp. I wasn’t nervous, but if I was she was very calming. She joked with my wife and I as she stitched me up. I would give Alison ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Only negative thing I can say is DO NOT go as a walk in. Make an appointment online. We just walked in and waited almost two hours. People with appointments were taken first."

"Front desk staff Mini or Mimi is the rudest person I have ever encountered in the medical field . As someone who works for the company the atmosphere was atrocious. She didn’t greet me when I walked in , I signed my self in and when she asked me what I was there for . I explained what I had going on and she said we don’t do that type of treatment here . I told her I wanted to speak to a physician so that they can determine what I needed . She turned around and shouted to her co workers if someone can “assist me because clearly I knew more medically then she did “. From my experience a Medical assistant/front desk should never be turning down a patient at the door . The only person who is qualified to tell a patient that they need certain imaging or any further treatment if even needed is the doctor after seeing the patient . As her co worker started checking me in she started saying loudly to here other peers that I walked in 30 minutes before they closed expecting them to see me and started violating hippa and telling what I had going on that I needed imaging to the point that I could hear her from where I was being checked in . I checked in at 11:16 and left at 11:45 and I didn’t require any imaging that she said they didn’t do. I’ve never seen someone turn down a patient just because she wanted to go home . She lacks compassion, empathy, and need to be retrained and reminded of what the company stands for . I am mortified with this experience and would never recommend this urgent care . I see why there are so many negative reviews . Everyone else was nice and professional."

"Front desk attendant had issues with multiple patients and was audibly upset that I couldn’t answer the pre exam questions on my phone and asked for help from her to which she shook her head at me while she confirmed what was in the system already. It felt like they were just trying to get people in and out as fast as possible, I told the provider I was taking certain meds to help me sleep, and was perscribed meds that I specifically couldn’t take with what was helping me sleep even though I clearly told the provider what I was taking and was not informed I couldn’t take this with the sleep medicine. Unless you can not get in with your regular doctor I would urge you to find a different provider as this place doesn’t seem to care about patients as much as they care about hitting your pockets."
