"Day of Visit: 02/05/2024 Reason for Visit: Breast Ultrasound I wanted to bring to your attention some concerns that I encountered during my recent visit to your facility on 02/05/2024 for a breast ultrasound. Upon arrival, I noticed that there were multiple staff members at the front desk who appeared to be available, but unfortunately, I did not receive any acknowledgement or assistance. Following the correct procedure, I wrote my name in the logbook and took a seat, expecting to be called. However, I had to wait for approximately 10 minutes while other patients who arrived after me were promptly assisted. Realizing this discrepancy, I approached the front desk to inquire about the delay. The staff member I spoke with, who was wearing an olive green top, seemed somewhat annoyed by my approach and was not particularly polite. I mentioned that I had already provided my information in the logbook and had been waiting. Eventually, she began to assist me and asked for my name and referral. When I informed her that the doctor had faxed it over, she advised that they had not received it. I then proceeded to call the doctors office in front of her, and she picked up the phone and started to dial as well. To my surprise, she put the call on speaker, making it apparent that she had reached out to the doctor as well without communicating this to me. I believe it is important to maintain a professional and courteous environment in a medical setting, as patients may be experiencing various levels of stress and anxiety. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention as I believe it is important to address any instances of unprofessionalism and ensure a positive patient experience. "The reception desk was very friendly, prompt and polite. Within minutes I was taken to the mammo room and only waited a few minutes before being called in by the tech. The tech was also very kind, considerate a d helpful. Overall I would say it was an excellent visit Thanks to the entire staff for making my visit an AWESOME ONE!"

"Beautiful clean modern office. Parking is abundant and surrounding landscape beautiful and manicured. One can almost meditate in such a beautiful piece of nature. Check in was super easy and professional. Taken to a secondary private waiting room with cozy warm decor. The entire environment was calming and welcoming. The technician was very friendly and professional. The entire staff were smiling and welcoming. Results are available online and also sent to doctor. Before the appointment, forms are made available online, to avoid filling out in the office. Once checked in, patient is taken to private waiting room immediately . Wait time is minimal and pleasant. Thank you for a great experience!"
