"I wish I could share the same sentiment as previous reviews but sadly that is not the case. This provider has been the worst provider I have ever dealt with. She is an OON for my insurance so I paid out of pocket for my first and only visit with her. This was back in October. My insurance NEVER received the proper paperwork and therefore I cannot get reimbursed for the $450 I paid her. This is after numerous attempts of contacting her. I had to get my therapist involved to advocate for me and get the process started. She responded back to her but then never followed up and sent me my medical records. She is an absolute nightmare!"
