"The technicians are wonderful! However, their billing department is horrible! I have great insurance but kept getting Radiology bills from an office in New Jersey. I kept calling the office about this and left several messages but nobody got back to me. After several threatening radiology bills, I had no choice but to pay it with my credit card."

I have excellent insurance, continue to get bills from Radiology Advantage New Jersey PA, have an ongoing appeal with United Healthcare, and made numerous calls to Long Island Community Hospital Women's imaging regarding this matter with no end result...except for a bill that is mailed to me repeatedly after I paid it using my credit card to avoid my credit being ruined...and was assured that I would be reimbursed once the hospital negotiates a contract with this provider...GO ANYWHERE ELSE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO RECEIVE BILLS AND GET THREATENED WITH..."THE NEXT STEP IS COLLECTIONS!""

After all the years of going to them they find a lump call me back and make an appt for me to come back ( now ur nervous) then I get there and they say "you don't have an authorization for this" ok they didn't tell me I needed one. Oh we are sorry we can't do it! Meanwhile I took off from work! I will never go back there it's horrible to tell someone they found something when my mom has breast cancer and now I can't find out how do you leave someone wondering.
