Recently, the City of Lackawanna has partnered with Empire Building Diagnostics (EBD) and IT FITZ Concrete to transform over 4.7 acres of long-vacant industrial property on Alliance Drive in the First Ward. EBD will expand its operations, adding 20-30 new jobs, while IT FITZ Concrete plans to build a new office and warehouse facility.
