"Finding a new doctor. They don't really care about your health. When they are late almost an hour seeing you you're just supposed to accept it but when. You're late 10 minutes than waste even more time with their slow and inefficient check in clerks no accommodation is made."
"A receptionist was very rude over the phone. I was on hold for about 20 minutes before talking to a person. The receptionist was talking over me and not listening, then hung up on me when I was trying to explain. Everyone deserves common decency and respect regardless of economic status or ethnicity. This individual lacked basic customer service skills and should not be in a role of customer care especially in a medical office where patients are desperately seeking medical care. The office manager needs to address this problem and take whatever steps necessary to ensure this never happens to another patient."
