"Even though I could not get in as quickly as I wanted, the fact that they advertise no appointment necessary is a fallacy, BUT I did make an appointment for the next day and was seen promptly at the appointment time. Service and patient reception was friendly and the overall experience was positive. I left with all prescriptions filled and explained.. I will go there again. One note: there is a difference between urgency and emergency. My bad."

"The wait was incredibly long. Thankfully, the young lady at the desk said I didn't have to wait in the waiting room, but they could text when my place in line came up. It was over a 3 hour wait, but I was able to leave and get some soup and hit the pharmacy for some supplies. The first WellNow in Troy told me I would have to sit in the waiting room to keep my place in line. Don't understand why one could text and the other couldn't. Should be consistency through the system. I was well taken care of by Mecca, the assistant who asked questions and did vitals. But then I waited over a 1/2 hour in the exam room. Way too much wait time, spent my entire day!! When Shea came in, she said she was the only provider there, and had been all day. She was thoughtful and listened well. Took care of my needs to my satisfaction. I thanked her for not quitting, or walking out!!! She must have been under tremendous pressure, but was pleasant and took care to not overly rush me. Shame on WellNow for allowing that situation to exist. The people were great, the institution not so much."

"Hello! The Nurse that took my vitals and symptoms was excellent. Super smart and attentive, great personality. The doctor that saw me was also very smart, took his time accessing my thumb injury and was informative. I appreciated both of their support. I really like the Latham location of Wellness Now."

"Just take a look at this picture. You don’t want to go to this place. The woman shown here is very rude and literally rolled her eyes at my aching 20 month old. Like who is not even nice to a baby?!?! The whole vibration of this location is very racist and non-compassionate. These people seem to treat people as burgers on a grill and not like human beings needing assistance during a crisis. At least burgers on a grill are made quickly, at this place you can expect 2-3 hour waiting times while people stand around twirling their fingers and playing on their phones. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE."
