The world of nail 88

"I arrived for a many pedi and was taken very quickly . Unfortunately as sweet and gentle as they were, they have two people who are learning doing most of the nails in the shop. Yet they do not tell you that and do not lower the price. I paid $90 ($40+$10 for a French manicure ) for these nails and it took two people and 3 hours . Then the old man who seems to be one of the better stylist barely came to see what they were doing and stood outside while they were working on my hands for over an hour. It should not be full price if the quality or education does not match full price. I feel bad for the young man because I truly believe it was the owner or older man who should’ve been warning people that they were new and offering them a discount to have them do their nails"

"Called to ask for price of gel French tip on toes and was told It was $40 but when I went to the store they charged me $45. At the end of the pedicure, they had some guy checking the heater right above my head as if they couldn’t wait till I was finish. This is my second time at this establishment and I was very displeased with the service."

"PRO: Place is spacious and has a variety of colors, and is relatively clean. No wait time ( which should of been a red flag) There are NO additional Pros. CONS: The customer service Sucks. No greetings from the nail tech ; no smiles; no conversation. The whole time I was getting my nails done the nail tech was in full conversation on her phone . RESULT ? Uneven gel polish; uneven layering of acrylic . Advice : VALUE your spending and treatment ladies and travel elsewhere ! You will not feel comfortable getting your nails done here ; then the results will not even be satisfactory!"

"Been going there for abt 2and a half years maybe more and my last experience the day before mother's day was horrible. Me n my mom went to get pedicures first they had newbies practicing on customers I had to be telling the guy wat to do they weren't even monitoring him so I ended up with a sloppy job he put on the water thing wrong and ended up soaking my entire pants and lower shirt then before my nails done one of the workers kept telling me to pay I kept telling him I would pay wen the job was done needless to say the third time he asked i paid and just walked out wit a half done pedicure not going bac"
