"I called to inquire about a Russian Manicure and instead of speaking to me professionally, the dude brushed me off and seemed annoyed. Little do they know Russian Manicure are a minimum $50-$80. It's basically a dry manicure that doesn't include soaking the nails hh instead requires cuticle cleaning with drill! Glad I didn't get out of my car, i'll continue to travel to Manhattan & Brooklyn for my Russian manicures"
