"I brought my original engagement ring to Henry Wilson’s interested in having it reset in a more modern style. I had brought the ring to two other jewelers and they were not interested in working with me. When I went to Henry Wilson’s the saleswomen Alicia was kind, patient and willing to work with me on creating a more modern design. I was able to create two separate diamond sets and have a new wedding band made for my husband utilizing the remaining diamonds. I would highly recommend this jeweler, ask for Alicia. She is wonderful."

"I’m only 21 years old so this happened to be my first experience at a jewelers, and it was fantastic. I had a goal of creating a custom bracelet for a loved one made with sea-glass we found together. Melissa was able to guide me to work with Jeremy (the creator behind the piece). Jeremy did an AMAZING job not only educating me on the process of how the bracelet will be crafted, but he really let me add opinions and say how I want the bracelet to turn out and crafted it to fit my vision perfectly. On top of this, both Melissa and Jeremy were able to complete this project with me before the holiday in under 2 weeks. (Melissa even wrapped it as a gift for me!) I had extra material from the bracelet for my mother so I am having Jeremy make me a matching one! Such a great, welcoming and knowledgeable group of people. Did not feel out of place as a young girl with no experience in this department!!!"

"I brought in one of my rose gold rings that had changed color. Jon Saucier assisted me and told me the ring could be cleaned and brought back to its original luster. He was correct and I am grateful that I stopped in. I also brought a Longines watch that my father had that wasn't working. It's on its way to the company to see what can be done to bring it back to life. Being there at the store, I looked around and bought several pieces of jewelry to give myself holiday presents. Now I have a wonderful place to go to have my jewelry checked, cleaned, and fixed. I'm so happy that I received the Holiday brochure in the mail and decided to check out Henry Wilson Jewelers. "Highly recommend coming here for looking at wedding bands and ring repairs. Melissa was so awesome in helping me find the perfect band to go with my engagement ring and also with the customization process. I also brought in my husband's ring to be reshaped and polished and it came out looking brand new! I went to 4-5 other local jewelry locations and none of them were as good as Henry Wilson with customer care, selection, and knowledge. Thanks for a great experience!"
