"Had a reservation for mani pedi with my daughter. Halfway done my nail tech left to take care of another customer, just leaving me with wax on my feet. No explanation, no apologies, just left me there. No respect for reservations- poor service. Will look elsewhere next time."
"I’ve been to this nail salon twice. The first time was just a few weeks ago and was truly incredible. One of the best, if not the best, manicure I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, this time was different… see picture. I will not return to this nail salon (which honestly makes me so sad because I loved it so much after my first time). It’s not just about the blood, but about their nonchalant reaction to it (aka no apology, no reduced bill, as if all was fine even though the first aid kit came out). I wouldn’t say not to give them a try, as my first time truly was great, but I would use caution and only book with the manicurists that you’ve had good experiences with."
"I came because I wanted something fabulous for my first pedicure in 1.5 years (tbh it was my first “me thing” in 1.5 years too). I went mid week so it wouldn’t be packed and I had an appt. The water was cold, there are no jets, no massage chair. I asked for a 10 min massage and was told that’s fine, but then told it was too crowded to do it a few min later? There was no one waiting. I’m just very disappointed to pay $35 for a mediocre pedicure and not even get my massage (which I obv was willing to pay extra for)."
