"I just called to cancel an appointment - a week and a half in advance - and the owner’s mom tells me “that isn’t nice” and hangs up on me…some of the stylists are good but the owners mom really has the worst attitude and some of the (less good) stylists demand more tip (despite poor service). Will be looking into another hair salon"

"I’m proud to leave a 5 star review for ruby hair salon and if I could leave more stars I would. They are so caring. They do amazing job with the hair. They have the best hair stylists. They always give you your receipt and even explain to you the cost even though they charge very little for the amazing job they do. I never seen any extra charge or anything wrong here. They are super nice. They pamper you from beginning to an end. They are very efficient with appointment times and accommodating. They always listen to you with what hair you like. They talk very nicely to the customers. They do great hair. I love it and the price is great. Ruby is also a very good guy with a great heart. I enjoy paying at this business so much. I feel like home when I’m there. For example, if I say I like 1 wash on my hair they exactly do as I say or if I ask to cut my hair with certain style they exactly do what I like. I love their amazing hair so much I always leave a generous tip here ❤️ Their hair stylists deserve a great tip to be honest. I love this place because I feel so welcomed here.
