"Ehhh not my favorite shopping experience. It was very crowded when I went in. I knew what I wanted. Should have been in and out. It took me 20 minutes to get a sales associate’s attention because it was so crowded. When I did they were kind but clearly too busy. I said I was ready to purchase and they looked kind of put off. They went to go get the handheld sales terminal and didn’t come back for 15 minutes."

"Truly a shame to have such a reveled brand be represented so poorly. Every time I’m in there I feel super unwelcome, everyone is very condescending. I was refused a return after literally wearing the shoes for a few *minutes* because they only accept unworn shoes. There is quite literally no proof of wear. I’ve attached a picture. Very embarrassing!"
