"They did a great job with my mani and pedi. However they air dry their towels and they are so hard when they dry your hands and feet. I am concerned they hand wash them and are not washed on the machine which can cause it to still be dirty."

"Just got a manicure and pedicure TODAY (less than 2 hours ago) with Kim. Not sure if I’ll go back again. I was cut on 6/10 fingers after I complained my manicure was messy and poor. My cuticles were not thoroughly cleaned, the polish job was very poor a child can do a better job. Very rush and was charged for quick fry without my consent or authorization, so I have to pay for them rushing…horrible. When one of the girls mentioned to Sophie that I my fingers were all bleeding she just looked and went about it like nothing, didn’t say a word and could care less. Horrible customer service. Please see the pictures to support the poor job, and this was after they fixed it. I wasted 2.5 hours for a simple mani & pedi, At which point I was fed up and still the owner Sophie okayed this. I would think twice before I put my business brand on this workmanship from her tech Kim."

"Have been using this location due to the pricing it’s very reasonable but at the same time the level of cleanliness is lacking. I have used dip powder for a very long time never had issues but lately the past month every time I get my dip powder at this location the topcoat is peeling off right after I leave the place. I have been back twice to get it corrected yet they failed to do so."
