"I went to get my eyebrows down today 12/12 and my usual lady wasn’t there so I had this Hispanic woman and it is the worst experience I’ve ever had, they are so messed up I’m going to have to wait to grow them in.I didn’t realize the extent of the damage until I got home and my sister said something, I was so upset. One is longer then the other, my left eyebrow is straight while the right is arched and I have patches of hair. I don’t know what made her think this was a good job but lesson learned, if my lady isn’t there then I’m not getting them done."

"The customer service was good. The price is reasonable. My experience... much to be desired. I got coffin shaped nails done. The original set I liked. Three nails popped off within approximately one week. So I went back to get the three fixed and a fill in the following week. The tech burned one of my fingers and another was cut open and bled from careless filing. Acrylic was done very sloppily. It was a painful experience. I will not be returning. You get what you pay for. The very next day less than 24 hours one of the nails that had gotten fixed and finger had been burned, popped off while i was tying my sneaker."
