"Welcoming staff! Everybody does a great job at keeping the facility spotless, and despite the crowd, there are many choices to choose from for a good workout. A special request, I would like to see/have information posted on how to use tanning stations, requirements and recommendations to make the most of it in a safe way. Thank you!"

"If you like to wait patiently for your chance to get asked about your number of sets left it’s really not that bad here. There’s about two of each machine for each muscle group despite the weight lift floor capacity being posted at like 98 people. Luckily about half of them come to use the cable machines, and there’s only 4 if you count the two that are specifically for tricep extensions. So, if you want to spend the least amount of time here, no cables, or dumbbells - unless you’re willing to play musical chairs for the benches. Also, I couldn’t use the water refill station because the water pressure was too high. After holding the water bottle in place for three minutes I was ready to go back to business ☑️☑️☑️"

"Today when I went to the gym, the manager of this gym said that since I have been here 10 times, I will be charged a fee next time I come? Do I have to pay extra fees because I am Asian? What kind of fees do I have to pay? My previous account opening address is in Indiana. Isn't this black card valid in all stores in the United States? If there are any special charges, they should have notified me by email. Because I have to travel a lot on business, I habitually go to the gym every morning to exercise, and it has not changed for many years"

"I've been a member of Planet Fitness for a while now, and I couldn't be happier. The gym is spacious, always clean, and has a wide variety of equipment. I rarely have to wait for machines, even during busy times. The staff, including the manager, are friendly and helpful, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and comfortable. Plus, the membership price is very reasonable. For anyone looking for a great gym with excellent facilities and affordable rates, I highly recommend Planet Fitness."

"Planet Fitness in Sunset Park is an affordable, convenient place on Fifth Avenue to workout. The hours are amazing, it opens early and closes pretty late. For $20 a month you can bring a guest every time. It’s much cheaper than the Y or Crunch, and the guest policy is very generous. The gym is clean and has a variety of machines available. I love the bikes with videos of biking trails. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is that even with black membership, you have to ask staff at the front every time you want to use the massage chairs, and they only give you a small amount of time to use them, even if the gym is empty. They should allow you to swipe your card at the machine or give you more time to use them. Thank you for considering this idea, and creating a great space to workout. I love coming here."
