"I took my Goldendoodle there and she was matted just under her chin and her stomach where her harness is. Those areas could have been shaved but she did not need to be fully stripped down to nothing. I am not picky but I did not realize the effect this would have on my puppy. Since her hair cut one week ago she will no longer go in my backyard to go to the bathroom (literally have to pick her up and put her outside and she quivers by the door and won’t move) she never did this before. She is peeing and pooping all over my house (first time) and being very anxious and isolating herself from us. I feel as though I took a different dog home. To cut off all of her beautiful fur for a few knots just doesn’t seem right to me. I wish I had known. I should have known when she was done in one hour after I dropped her off. The pics show what she used to look like and now after her haircut :( I wasn’t going to review but they sent me a card in mail asking me to review after this hack job"
