"I made a quick visit from Canada with the intent on buying tools, with emphasis on ones unavailable in Canada. Unfortunately it was a quick trip. With everything locked up and entire tool sections barricaded, I walked in, saw all the nonsense, and walked out. Your loss Home Depot. I get it if something needs to be locked up in a cabinet with the contents still visible, but entire areas barricaded? Get it together."
"I bought the DEWALT maxfit 2 pack right angle attachment as a Christmas present two weeks ago and it was a special buy. So I took it back to get the difference lady goes we don’t match online prices. IT WAS THEIR OWN WEBSITE!!!!!!! It’s ridiculous they wouldn’t honor it!!! So I walked down to the area where they were and cashed out and got the same price online! All she had to do was scan it and see but she didn’t wanna do it and do her job!!! Very unprofessional and should not be in that area due to that!! Will be shopping at Lowe’s from now on have had tooo many problems with this location and Home Depot in general!!!"
"This store is always crowded, and helpful staff is nowhere to be found. I've been in the same aisle as staff, and they never approach you to ask if you need assistance. I usually find what I'm looking for, but I always spend more time than I originally intended. The aisles are filled with a lot of stuff, which makes it hard to navigate. People with large rolling carts kind of dominate each aisle."
"My go to shop for paint. Stopped by on a Friday afternoon. They have a huge variety of colors. Picked the color I wanted and a few accessories I needed for my bathroom and lefted a happy customer."
